I have found that Mrs Zamora is the best landlord I have ever encountered and I love the location. The staff has been very helpful, all of my maintenance issues were immediately addressed, the accommodations to me has been great. Also, Thanks for helping me move from TN in such a short amount of time.

Ms. Yolanda is AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my application and move in process was easy. The area and community is so quiet and peaceful. The small flowers that fall from the trees by my front door makes coming home smell so sweet. I love it here!!!

Maintenance could be better. My townhome wasn’t ready when I moved in. Seems like everything was broken and didn’t work. The back area needs some work. There’s a dog area and no one picks up after their animals. The doggy bags never get refilled. Lots of stray cats. If you live in a townhome near the street you park on the street or pay an insane amount for covered parking.

I have loved living here! This little piece of paradise offers quiet, peaceful, and easygoing living while still being close to good schools, shopping centers, and highway 30! The manager, Yolanda, was truly amazing for our entire leasing process and she goes above and beyond for all of her residents.

Been here almost 7 years now have had no problems Yolanda is the best I barly have to call office for anything but when I do she is on top of it. Property is always neat and clean. Neighbors really stay to themselves will be signing a new lease in coming month
