November 10, 2024We have been here at Inman Park over three months now and it has been such a breath of fresh air compared to our last apartment. The community is amazing and the front office team are on top of getting back to me with any needs or questions I may have. October 30, 2024Inman Park Apartments is reat place to live! The management is responsive, helpful and caring. The apartments are kept in excellent shape with preventive maintenance and if anything breaks the maintenance folls ome amazingly fast. They are experienced and skilled in fixing the equipment and if there is a big problem do not hesitate to call in specialists or make complete replacements. Spare parts are kept on site so there is no delay. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Facilities like ...exercise room or swimming pol or cookout area are and easily available. October 20, 2024The central location is wonderful. The complex is quiet. Facilities responds quickly to work orders. The trees are beautiful, but the squirrels have been taking over something fierce. They have gone from nuisance to destructive, They chew car wires and damage anything they want for a nest.Property Manager Responded
