February 16, 2025Great location and amazing staff. Building is kept extremely clean and the maintenance team is very responsive. Only complaint is that the area is generally safe, but has definitely seen an uptick in some crime recently, but never inside the building that I am aware of.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2024Insignia is so warm and welcoming. It is a pet friendly building with lots of amenities for your pet as well as yourself. The building is metro accessible and surrounded by stores and other places to make life super convenient such as grocery, banking and more. October 14, 2024Absolutely terrible experience. I will be leaving the building as soon as possible. The mail system is absolutely terrible, the floors have gaps, the elevators are terrible, and the worst of all the General Manager seems to be not only incompetent but careless about tenants problems. The worst building I have ever lived in and I truly regret signing a lease especially for 18 months.Property Manager Responded
