Each unit has a full private bathroom and a kitchenette. The leasing office is open 5 days a week and tours are available from 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. We currently have available units. Rent is $1,213 to $1,311 per month. Security Deposit is $750.00. Qualifications: • Application Fee: $20.00 per adult • Holding Deposit: $100.00. • Rent: $1,213 to $1,311/month. • Security Deposit: $750.00. • Maximum of two (2) persons per unit. • No Pets. • No households comprised of all full-time students. • Income cannot exceed $48,540.00 for one and $55,440.00 for two persons per year. • Minimum household monthly income of $1,819.50.
