September 9, 2024I just moved into my apartment at Jones Grant and the team has been fantastic! I had a few maintenance requests that I put in verbally with the office team when I completed my move in inspection and then I submitted a few maintenance requests through the portal- the maintenance team completed everything within days of the requests being submitted- frequently within 24 hours!
