April 17, 2023I have lives at Kendall park for 2 years now. I have loved my time here. Appliances and units are newer. And maintenance always comes within 24 hours for any issue. They also come ASAP on emergencies. I feel very safe, and everyone at the front office is always kind and friendly. They do monthly resident events that are a blast. I highly recommend kendall park!Review from Apartments.com
