December 25, 2024I love this place, I never have to fight for parking which is amazing. There are 2 pools which is also nice considering the complex is massive. For all the benefits, the space, in unit washer and dryer, price, etc. this complex is worth it.Property Manager Responded

December 24, 2024It is satisfactory. Good: -great staff of people working here -safe place overall -close enough to other businesses without too much noise -ok part of town Not so good: -some of the residents drive like maniacs -delivery services/people that come here drive too reckless and often blare their radios too loud while here -age discrimination from younger residents -the landscapers do an extremely crappy and careless job and come too often for the crappy "work" they do, I feel dam sorry for ...management paying them whatever they are paying themProperty Manager Responded
