local homeless can easily access residence and vehicles
November 7, 2023The property and tenants seem nice, but the staff is understaffed and rude. We drove 60 miles to view a few more places and were prepared to sign a lease, however, the staff would not take time to spend with us despite us having an appointment. The staff does not answer phone calls, despite having a concierge. Also, we saw numerous doors propped open, allowing local homeless to access the tenant's front doors and vehicles.Review from Apartments.com

Had two package that both Amazon and the Kent told me where delivered but mysteriously disappeared. Great amenities too - lots to do within the complex that my teens and husband really enjoy with many additional community spaces available for entertaining or gathering with friends/neighbors.
