March 18, 2025Living here has been ok. Overpriced, they want to charge for every little thing. There really is no benefit or competitive edge over other apartments. Gate never works, they charge a “amenities fee” of 100$, which was not mentioned on my renewal this year. There is always dog poop everywhere, and there needs to be more “green” spaces.
