We have a pool, and since I have lived here over a few years the maintenance of the pool has improved a lot with the cleanliness of the pool, and they even added a rail to help people down into the pool, and there is a kiddie pool area. I LOVE my counter tops, they are GREAT quality and not the fake stone or wood. Bills are very affordable as well. There is a small gym with work out equipment. We are within great distance to restaurants, shopping, and gas stations, you could walk to them if you felt like it.
