Need security around the clock especially at night
October 30, 2020I currently stay at these apartments and it’s not the best living situation at all because mostly every night there would be a group of kids or teens that are at my front door smoking weed and I got kids inside and when I tell them to go some where else they don’t go so security or whatever IS NEEDED ASAPProperty Manager Responded

Don't do it..... If you value your Family
September 5, 2019I'm a current tenant on this physical properties the management is Horrible,I placed a report stating what was wrong with my apartment when I first moved in a year and a half later I still have those problems my circumstance being a single mother of three children force me to move into the apartment really fast. This is what the city of Dallas had available at the current time, So of course to keep a roof over my children's head I took it.being on this physical property I've had my vehicle ...broken into I've had my car towed from in front of my door I have water leaking outside of my front door I have broken windows I have a black mold in my ceiling I have rotating problem. U name it something is wrong with this apartment we have raccoons in the ceiling we have pest problems such as ants roaches and rats right outside of your door my suggestion to you is to search for something better do not do it if you value your Family...Property Manager Responded

WORSE PLACE TO LIVE, BUT CHEAP....
August 23, 2015OMG, IF YOU EVER NEED SECURITY OR THE POLICE AT THIS LOCATION....FORGET IT,,THEY BOTH SUCK....PEOPLE ARE OUT FIGHTING AT 2 AND 3 IN THE MORNING AND YOU CALL SECURITY AND THEY TELL YOU THAT THE SECURITY OFFICER IS A LONG WAYS FROM GETTING THERE, AND NEVER SHOWS UP....AND THE POLICE NEVER SHOWS UP....MY SUGGESTION IF YOU WANT TO LIVE AT THIS LOCATION, BE PREPARED TO DEFEND YOUR SELF, BECAUSE THE SO CALLED SECURITY AND POLICE WILL NEVER SHOW UP.....GOOD LUCKReview from Apartments.com
