October 18, 2024The property is beautiful and there are lots of great activities to participate in. The residents and staff are very nice but you need a hefty pocket book to live there. The rental prices are extremely higher than the “fair market value” and there are so many extra fees tacked on to the monthly rental amount. September 23, 2024Community has changed a lot just in the 10 months I've been here. The activity bus was removed, so no off-site activities. Social events are the same old thing, always the same people attending and don't accommodate times of working residents. Lots of staff turnovers so no one knows what's going on. Our activity director, Noah, has made some changes to the program, and we are always coming up with new ways to keep our residents active and entertained. Our outings are planned in advance, but due to low participation, we had to adjust the month for our upcoming trip because we needed a large bus for transportation and didn't have enough people to justify it. No worries, we will be planning another outing, and hopefully, we will have better participation. Please reach out to Noah if you have any great ideas for our outings, new activities, or events. We are always looking for new ideas.
