Renters Reviews and Ratings
awful
November 12, 2023i moved here site unseen because i was in a bad living situation. i was hoping it would be at least decent so i could get myself back on my feet, but ive been met with leaks that they have refused to fix. cockroaches. mold. completely rotted out window sills and drafty windows. the property manager is useless and even when i tried to go higher up and contact the property company, they sent me back down to the maintenance team. One night, i came home to a massive puddle of water in my living ...room. i was livid, since i was complaining to the property manager for MONTHS about the leaks that were happening and nothing was done about it. My apartment insurance didn't cover it because it was technically rain water and not water from the building. The property manager offered a break on my lease without penalty because i was at my breaking point. i told him i needed a few months, since i couldnt afford to move. i have now found a new place and he says the lease break offer isn't valid anymore because my apartment isnt "actively leaking" (even though absolutely nothing has been fixed. AT ALL.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
