Worst Management Ever
January 3, 2023Terrible management. There was recently a water leak that wasn't addressed until the fifth day when we were evacuated. The management is juvenile and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of control of the building since the management company contracts third parties for many of the services they provide. For example, there are frequently issues in the parking garage but management hides behind the fact that it's run by a third party. This is a horrible place to live because management is so ...awful. September 13, 2018I am new to renting apartments, as I just moved out of my house of 10 years. I decided to move to the LVQ to try something new and Lauren from Kauffman has made this transition for me so easy. She is prompt, super helpful, never seems annoyed at my many questions, and communicated clearly with me throughout the application and move-in process. I really enjoy the atmosphere within the building and love coming home to my little corner unit each evening -- the views are absolutely stunning. I personally appreciate that it lives like a hotel,an experience that is typically offered in major metropolitan cities. The Keep is a culinary champion, which I frequent.
