Great apartment, good location, operational concerns
April 8, 2019We’ve loved living at the legacy so far. Great location and nice apartments. We especially like how the community feels friendly (and tons of dogs!). We’ve been incredibly impressed with the maintenance team. However, we do have a few concerns: - We never got a manual on how to use the thermostat, which would be very helpful - $100 for parking seems pretty steep. We are concerned with the parking situation as well because of the homeless camp in the woods behind the parking garage. There is a ...walking path at the corner of the drive and we have seen homeless people in the garage many times. There has been left inside, or people just wandering. I would expect more for such a steep price. - Also, the elevator has been out of service for our entire residency. - Finally, the ground floor of the parking garage has very poor drainage and seemingly always has sitting water. It’s pretty gross and the floor is unsafe when it rains. - The mail room seems to be a bit of a mess, as mail routinely ends up in the wrong boxes.Property Manager Responded
