Don't live here if you expect or need a reliably functioning elevator. This complex has been open for less than two years, and the elevator has consistently been out of service over the past several months. The property owner isn't fixing the issue despite knowing that it's chronic.

This is the epitome of luxury. The architecture of the apartment is superb. The cleanliness is amazing. The security and peace of mind is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in an apartment complex. The staff is always willing to help and they are very kind. Open path is unreliable and needs to be changed to something that is consistent. Otherwise I would say maintenance is consistent and up keep of building is good so far.
