October 23, 2024So far my experience as a resident of Legends on the Green has been more than satisfactory. My one bedroom is the perfect size and my balcony is huge. The amenities are great and well maintained, and the added bonus of the pool being surrounded by trees is a nice touch. I also very much enjoy access to not only this property’s amenities, but also Talavera Apartment’s pool and fitness center.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024I have loved living here for the past 7 years. Maintenance has been a reason we stay and everything being so close to this location. Recently, management has changed again but the management prior let a lot of people move in around the same time that have caused so many issues. It is now a safety concern and I don’t feel this is being taken seriously.Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2024Unfinished upgrades. Half painted garages and No grass! Pool is always filled with leaves and bugs. Small gym with no space to workout. Gates always broken.Property Manager Responded
