To secure one of our beautiful apartment homes a $32 application fee per adult (meaning-any household member over the age of 18) is due along with a $99 initial deposit which will be applied to your first month's rent upon move in.     I have called this place several times. Left several messages and sent emails. I have submitted an application in September of 2023. Last I have got an email from someone several months ago. I was listed as number 64. Since being told this I have reached out. No response from no one. All I wanted to know is where I’m at on the list. Not to mentioned I had someone else apply which they did way after I did and was contacted there is an appt available.

    Nice apartments, but bad management. It’s noisy, disrespectful neighbors,trash on the ground, young people hanging out selling drugs. Don’t move here! Management needs to do better. Ride around and check out what’s going on around you.
