Rent Increase/Poor Management
November 29, 2023The apartment is beautiful inside, but the trash area is nasty to many apartments for a compactor trash chute. The building management does not clean up like they use to when I first move in. The stairs are dirty, they tow the cars if you don't have a sticker, homeless person was sleep on my porch when I came out my door. What is the purpose of a call box and a key fob if the gates are going to remain open 24/7. The rent increased within 4 months to 6 months of me moving in. The playground area ...is a mess from the kids in the apartments. Just horrible!Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2019El personal en la oficina es muy amable y atento, pero ni siquiera pude aplicar porque trabajo por cuenta propia y no para una compañia que me de paystub. para aplicar cuando trabajas por cuenta propia te piden los taxes del año anterior y los mios estan por debajo del income minimo (por inexperiencia los taxes me los hizo un principiante) asi que no me sirven. me parece injusto que no tomen mi solicitud porque tengo buen historial de credito, he sido sumamente responsable con mis pagos en donde ...rento actualmente y mis ingresos actuales entan dentro del income exigido por ellos.Property Manager Responded
