leasing agent. We were without hot water for three weeks when we moved in and management would respond to us or send anyone out to look at the problem. We then had issues with the central air and that again took three weeks and a formal complaint to the company to get anyone out to our unit. Management lied to us on the phone saying someone had been to our unit and there was no issue/everything was fixed, we came to find through maintenance that they weren't able to get into our unit because they weren't given a key. The 'paramount' of our experience here has been with sewage water leaking into our apartment through a drain in one of the rooms on the lower level (we are in a basement unit). After calling and putting in an emergency maintenance request, we were told someone would be out right away to look into the situation. No one showed up until three days later after about seven more phone calls. None of these calls were pleasant - no matter how pleasant you are to them, there will more than likely be attitude from someone. I can not wait to move out of this place. To sum it all up: Poor construction Poor management Poor employee attitudes Poor communication between management and maintenance Do not rent with PMC!!!
