November 8, 2024I recently took a trip to Arizona to visit friends and family. I was away from The Lively for four days. September 2, 2024The apartments itself is nice, but the windows that cannot be reached are so filthy, they’re difficult to see through then and management will not power wash. Also, at any given time, there’s always a few amenities that are paid for, but do not work. There is also this “package room” which is just a room where all of the buildings packages are brought. Every time a package is delivered, it’s a 15-20 minute effort to find your package in the room. And sometimes, the package is stolen because all ...residents have access to everyone else’s package.Property Manager Responded
