December 22, 2024Very nice, safe place to live. We have a great trash pickup service but, some neighbors ignore the rules and make the place look sloppy. The property sends out emails. But, there’s no penalty so nothing changes. Some people just don’t appreciate good things. Disappointed that the pool and spa area were out of service in my neighborhood all summer. I didn’t wan to drive over to the other neighborhood to use theirs. I just went to my gym instead. The gym here is definitely a nice one. I use it ...too. The work space is solid too. I expected more resident events, haven’t seen them. Work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve had some issues with some things being the result of crappy contractors. Overall, this was the winner out of all the places I visited. The staff is great. Everyone I’ve met has been professional, friendly and very helpful. December 21, 2024It is a nice place to live. They maintain the amenities pretty clean. I feel safe. Agents in the leasing office are cordial and willing to assist, however they lack of organization and ability to complete tasks on a timely manner. If I need something from them I typically have to go 3 times to the office before it gets done. Other than that, it’s a nice place to liveProperty Manager Responded
