    Novel Midtown is an amazing community with top notch amenities and beautiful interior design. The staff is very friendly and responsive which made for a very positive move in experience. I love that I cant hear my next door neighbors. However, I do hear minor footsteps from above my unit. Overall, I feel safe and at home here. I look forward to living here for the next 16 months!

    After moving from out of state, I have been so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Novel staff. Although still under construction, they have gone above and beyond to alert residents of possible disruptions and have sought feedback to help improve any services. So happy I chose this spot to live!

    I had such a great experience moving in with Novel Midtown. The staff is super helpful, friendly and answer all questions very quickly. The building is very clean and the amenities are great!

    Novel Midtown is a triple threat when it comes to what it provides for its residents. It has the location, the amenities and the style that any person would want out of a place they are going to call home. The entire staff and management is prompt and present to the residents needs and the building is of high quality. I always look forward to coming home after work, errands, etc.
