    I would recommend due to the quiet neighbors, the pool is rarely crowded, everyone seems friendly enough. I would not recommend only because not enough updates to the inside of the units are done or when appliances are replaced, they are replaced with used dented ones etc. (My dishwasher) or not replaced/fixed at all (my refrigerator)

    One of the worst. One of the perks the complex will try to sell you on is how they are a “gated community”, which is far from the truth. The gates hardly ever work and usually are left open. If you have an issue regarding your apartment good luck getting maintenance out check it out. You will have to file a request, call the hotline, then call the front office only to wait an additional 3 days before they send someone out. The dumpster breaks frequently resulting in mounds of garage along the ...
    road. The overall quality of the apartments is bad, which is not surprising given the shortcoming’s of the maintenance team.
