SO LOUD
May 6, 2023I live 2 apartment complexes and one school bus depo away from this complex and can hear their outdoor events every Saturday from INSIDE my apartment. I cannot imagine how loud it must be in the complex itself. It starts around 5pm and goes until late, sometimes 1 or 2am. Do not move here if you want any kind of quiet. It is unbelievably loud on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place I’ve ever stayed
September 26, 2019They are rude as hell and they have a roach problem that they won’t get rid of. I can’t wait until the lease is up. I’ve never had this experience ever. Oh and they don’t want you calling an exterminator because they have bug spray they only use in the kitchen and bathroom.?Review from Apartments.com
Place is terrible
September 25, 2019The doorways and entrance areas are poorly cleaned. Spiderwebs all over and the floors are constantly dirty. As for the size of the apartments, I've lived in a 600sq ft 1bdr apartment that was bigger than the 2bdr I'm in. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for 6 apartments to share and they aren't maintained well. The dryer is absolutely atrocious. I put in 2 bath towels on high and after the 45 minute cycle, they came out damp. I have addressed this with management but nothing has been ...done. I'm sure there is more i could complain about but i think what i've said should be enough. Overall management just cares about collecting your check. There are some people working there that are good people but the higher ups don't care.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
uprofessional and rude receptionist.
July 7, 2018Same as the previous reviews. i called and the lady was totally rude. If you happen to hire someone else who is kind and who wants to show people more information I would be interested. but to even imagine having to deal with her when asking for a work order, or anything at all, i can already imagine the headache of living here already.Review from Apartments.com
Not professional
January 11, 2018went to view the apartment on mansard lane, the lady was very rude over the phone and during the showing. She would answer our questions in a defensive way as If she doesn't want anyone to ask her anythingReview from Apartments.com
Poor service
June 22, 2017Lady in the phone so rude forcing me to tell her when I want to move in when I obviously need to see the apartment condition first in order to make that decision. If that's how you run your property don't put it on rent if you can't even show it first.Review from Apartments.com
Prejudice
June 8, 2017I called the office to inquire about availability and the woman who answered was very unprofessional.Review from Apartments.com
