January 9, 2025We have a relatively new maintenance assistant at Maple Brook. His name is Pedro and I have needed his help on a couple of occasions. Pedro has always been very pleasant, very courteous and respectful, and knowledgeable with the task he was assigned to perform. Kudos and much applause to Pedro, and of course to his supervisor, maintenance manager Mason, who has also always been outstanding and awesome when he has been called to my apartment for a maintenance issue. January 9, 2025overall has been great. it can be loud at times due to people playing really loud music and revving engines with loud exhausts, but that’s about it. i will say though, i was very disappointed about how the property was taken care of during the snow/ice storm. three days of pure ice on the roads, no shoveling of the sidewalks, no salt and no one could leave their parking spots… extremely disappointing. could’ve caused someone serious injury.Property Manager Responded
