Great for the money
August 16, 2015Marion Plaza is a great place to live if you don't care about amenities or having a super updated unit. The building is older but compared to a lot of buildings around it, the rent is relatively cheap. The bathrooms are quite old and the kitchens are very dated but a lot of the units have new carpet and include all utilities except electric. The location is what sold it for me! It's close to everything!Review from Apartments.com
