Very clean and quiet place. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You have many options right outside your door to eat , shop or just go on a nice walk down many trails near by. Parking is very easy and they even offer a garage for extra storage or parking .

Market and Main is a beautiful property in an ideal location. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops in the heart of New Albany. The guest room is very comfortable and accommodating.

I enjoyed living here. Downtown NA is right there with restaurants, CVS and two great coffee shops. Ben who does the maintenance is kind, responsive and is quick to finish any issues in the apartment. Very family friendly apartment community.

We recently moved into Market & Main and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Arianna made the entire process so seamless—she was responsive, organized, and incredibly helpful during our quick 30-day move-in. Even though we leased sight unseen, our floor plan was exactly what we expected and we absolutely love it! Since moving in, Ben from maintenance has been amazing—always responsive and quick to handle any requests, usually by the next day. We relocated from downtown Columbus to ...

Market and Main is a true gem of a community! Beautiful apts with high quality finishes, tall ceilings, and tons of natural light. Location is *chefs kiss*. So many walkable restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques etc. The staff - Ariana, Ben, & Lizzy - are wonderful and so helpful! I feel so lucky to have found my home at Market and Main.

The property is lovely and beautifully decorated. The units have high ceilings, tall windows, plenty of light, and roomy closets. Great location in the center of New Albany, near everything. Perfectly clean and maintained on move-in. Maintenance is the most responsive and pleasant I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The management team is helpful, friendly, and respectful. together. There are beautiful spaces one can reserve should you want to have a larger party and a separate suite should one need more room for overnight guests. I can't imagine a better management and maintenance team as they have helped make it a pleasure to live here.

Wonderful place to call home

I wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home! Ariana, Ben, and Lizzy are so helpful and always willing to lend a hand - especially with technology related things that I sometimes need assistance with. Market and Main is beautifully maintained and conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. I cant recommend this community enough!

Market and Main has been such an amazing place to live! Julia, the property manager, goes out of her way to learn your name, your dogs name , organize packages, everything!! Ben the maintenance manager is so friendly and helpful as well! The apartments are extremely spacious and well designed with quality materials. The common/community rooms are gorgeous and we have actually hosted a number of parties there. Not to mention you are in walking distance to so many food/coffee shops, bank/post ...
