October 28, 2024Nazly was exceptional as we navigated our move-in! We always got very prompt responses whenever we had questions and she went over and above to make sure we had all our boxes checked and could move in without any stress. We love the location and the apartment itself is lovely; just the right size for two people and very warm and homey. The only thing I would change about the Lofts is that I wish they had a gate/door or some other way of ensuring that non-residents can’t enter the buildings. This ...would give so much more peace of mind as to safety. Even in the first week of living here there was an instance of a man sleeping in the hallway of one of the buildings. I don’t know if this was a one time occurrence or not but obviously it has happened and I do worry about the possibility of strangers/homeless individuals sleeping outside of my or someone’s else’s door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 3, 2024Communication with staff is not good at all. Packages have been stolen, there is a never-ending cockroach problem inside the apartment unit, and there’s even been a mold problem in the water heater room that’s caused health concerns for my girlfriend and I.Review from Apartments.com

June 21, 2024Matthews Lofts is a quaint neighborhood nestled between beautiful trees and beautiful gardens. However, you still get to enjoy city life with its various architecture and shops.
