  • Ridiculous

    February 20, 2021
New owners changing everything. 24/7 renovations. Noise level unbearable. Workers can be rude and have no respect for peace or privacy during any hour. Repeated attempts to office are met with straight denial and bullshit. My sister was given 10 days notice to pack up what she needed for 6 weeks in November right before Thanksgiving. Leave the rest we'll take care of it they said. She is still not back in here apartment and she is missing a lot of personal belongings as is the majority of other ...
tenants. Unfortunately the personal belongings at my sister's apartment that are missing include our mother's ashes and our nephews ashes and Noone has any type of explanation for this. There are new tvs missing, family pictures of several tenants. We haven't been able to locate our 150 year old family photo's yet but I imagine they've been thrown out too. No air conditioning all summer long and heat just started working in most apartments last week. And not well I might add. I had to borrow money to buy portable air conditioners since only 2 out of 15 floors were given one to use. I have outlets hanging out of the walls. I've had workers come in unannounced thinking they would work whenever they please. We have all been repeatedly disrespected by workers and continually put off by management. We've all been through hell for 2 years and absolutely nothing for the headache and heartache and straight bullshit we've all had to deal with for years now other than free donuts twice in 2 years. Absolutely ridiculous and bad way to manage a property all the way around.

located in beautiful in downtown Akron,Ohio. I'm close to the campus of Akron U.Theres aconcert agenda called Lock 3 were they have live music all summer long. The library is 2 blocks away, where intertainment abounds. Also The Akron Civic Theater has a wonderfull aray of live entertainment. Across the street from my apartment is a semi pro baseball park. The team is named the Ducks. The field where the games are played is fantastic, with a wondrerfull restaurant and team store.

details
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
