January 25, 2025The ease of the rental process can all be performed remotely. This modern convenience is exceptional. I live in Los Angeles and needed to find a great place close to my new office in Baltimore. The leasing office is efficient and quick to respond. The portal for residents to start-up is promising. They’ve made me feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. I’m excited to explore all the great resident events. The amenities are nice, love the movie theater although it's about to be gone. August 18, 2024Gym could be much better. Roof also gets closed in the Winter time. Walls to your neighbors can be very thin. Feels like one of two elevators is closed more than often.
