Very nice place but HORRIBLE management
September 4, 2021I lived here for two years. The apartment and environment is nice, but management is AWFUL. First of all, it was very difficult to get them to come fulfill a service order; it took as long as two weeks (with several phone calls) to get them to respond. And when they eventually did show up, they always failed to fix the problem or even broke something else. Came to fix the sink? Started leaking again 3 days later. Came to fix my fan? Broke my ceiling light. Only reason I stayed here for 2 years ...was the proximity to Florida Tech campus.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
