MIDWAY APARTMENTS OFFICE LOCATION (100 Oak Hill Drive, Lexington NC 27295) These apartments are NON-SMOKING! Midway Apartments located near Oak Grove Middle School, between Winston and Lexington, just off Highway 52. Midway Apartments have been recently remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors tile. They are single-level apartments--minimal steps and no one above you. Midway Apartments are located in a quiet area near local restaurants and stores. (NO PETS ALLOWED) ALL APPLICANTS: --ALL LEASES are 12 months and require the tenant to purchase and maintain RENTER'S & LIABILITY INSURANCE. --CREDIT & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED for all applicants. --NO PRIOR EVICTIONS. --Minimum 600 Credit Score. --Proof of Income Required: Current 3 months. Applicants combined monthly income must be 3.5 times the rent rate. --Applicants between 18 and 21 must have a co-signer. CO-SIGNERS must qualify with monthly income 6 times the rent rate and have a credit score above 600. -- TOURS: When apartments are available, tours are between 11 am and 3 pm.
