December 20, 2024This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The building is always clean, the neighborhood is excellent, and it’s very pet-friendly. There are plenty of opportunities for dogs to make friends too. Above all, the management team is absolutely perfect. They are kind, attentive, and quick to respond, leaving no room for complaints. The only problem is that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move to another apartment building. After living in such an amazing place, I don’t want to live ...anywhere else. October 6, 2024This apartment building has been the nicest place we’ve lived in Portland. It’s me, my wife, our daughter, and Oreo, our dog. The friendly management staff and the community events have really made a difference for us. August 23, 2024I’ve dreamed of living in a building/community like Modera Belmont for over a decade. I just moved from San Francisco, was there for 30 years. The apartment I was living in for the last 9 years, was run down, dark and depressing. It’s been only 6 days since I’ve moved into my new Modera Belmont apartment and it’s been life changing all for the better! The staff and community have been so welcoming.
