    Honestly, it is a challenge having small toddlers on an upper story level but Moderate Belmont has truly made our family feel like home. We have had many “first” memories in this complex, and hold the Modera staff close to our heart.

    This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. The building is always clean, the neighborhood is excellent, and it’s very pet-friendly. There are plenty of opportunities for dogs to make friends too. Above all, the management team is absolutely perfect. They are kind, attentive, and quick to respond, leaving no room for complaints. The only problem is that I don’t think I’ll ever be able to move to another apartment building. After living in such an amazing place, I don’t want to live ...
    anywhere else. This is truly the best apartment I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for Modera Belmont team.

    The apartments are in a great location, with awesome amenities, and a fantastic office staff! Parking is expensive, $230 a month, but the garage is locked and under the building so it’s very convenient

    This apartment building has been the nicest place we’ve lived in Portland. It’s me, my wife, our daughter, and Oreo, our dog. The friendly management staff and the community events have really made a difference for us. It’s close to all the amenities we need, and the neighborhood has been relatively safe with no issues so far. We’ve really enjoyed making this place our home.

    Modern furnishings, lots of amenities, great response time on maintenance! Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Bike got stolen from bike locker room though, so if you use it, get cut-proof locks.

    I’ve dreamed of living in a building/community like Modera Belmont for over a decade. I just moved from San Francisco, was there for 30 years. The apartment I was living in for the last 9 years, was run down, dark and depressing. It’s been only 6 days since I’ve moved into my new Modera Belmont apartment and it’s been life changing all for the better! The staff and community have been so welcoming.
