I have been residing at this apartment complex for a while now and I find it to be a generally pleasant place to live. The apartments themselves are well-maintained with modern amenities that meet most of my needs. The management team is attentive and responsive, addressing any issues I have quickly and efficiently, which is greatly appreciated. Nice building, have had a pleasant experience so far. Only thing is location for me but that’s a personal preference. It’s a pretty industrial area but all the commercial businesses are 12 minute drive away

I just moved in last week and it is absolutely wonderful here. The neighbors I’ve met so far have been super polite and helpful. The staff is incredible. I had a maintenance issues and they offered to come and fix it that afternoon. I am very optimistic about my future here at Modera

Amazing staff that helped me from leasing to move in day. The amenities are great there is no pool which can both be a positive for some but not to some. Near a railway track so there some noise not too disturbing though
