overall experience has been great for the last couple of years, however rent prices are increasing and it is very hard to keep up. Also, the area is getting louder (especially being street facing) so it is not ideal at night when trying to get rest.

I love living here, but the place could use a few upgrades. The gym needs a peloton bike. Building 2921 doesn’t even have a bike. The carpet in the hallways is dingy and needs to be replaced. The furniture in the main lobby also needs an updated as the chairs are very uncomfortable and out of style. These little upgrades would make a huge difference. They increase our rent every year but not upgrades have been made.

The amenities at Modera Mosaic are top-notch. The community pool is always pristine, and the gym offers a great variety of equipment. Yesterday, I entered my apartment, and was overwhelmed by the strong smell of marijuana, as if someone had smoked inside. I was feeling unwell and had to open the windows despite the freezing 20-degree weather. I want to emphasize the importance of not smoking anything in the apartment. Thank you. Overall, the community is nice. Living in Mosaic Dostrict is a dream. Everything you can think of is just minutes away. Me, my husband and our dog all love it here. The two things I don't care for about the apartment and the floors and the paint in the walls. Both get scuffed really easily.

I truly appreciate the concierge; they are super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Living in the middle of a shopping area has its perks—everything is conveniently located and easy to access.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The grounds are cleaned and kept up with very well. If something is wrong with you’re apartment they fix it with good timing
