You’d be hard-pressed to find a cooler neighborhood than Observatory Park in Denver.     I love living here. The neighbors are kind and the area is beautiful. The building is kept clean and is very well maintained. The staff is nice also. I enjoy using the huge gym and the pretty pool on my days off. There are also so many options for restaurants within walking distance. It's awesome!

    My move-in experience was slightly bumpy because my room was not ready. The apartment was dirty, the hinges on the cabinets were broken, my key was not ready, and the drains were full. The hot tub has been cold for the past few weeks. All the staff has been helpful and kind, and I haven't had any issues since then.

    I love the convenience of living here as a DU student. The staff is so wonderful; they made it so easy for me to move in. I applied to move in and was accepted the next day. The entire leasing timeline to move in took 3 days, which I think is absolutely incredible, especially since I was in a time crunch with starting school and work.

    Great amenities especially the pool and gym! Also the maintenance is very fast and they’re very nice and fix things up well. I love the courtyards too with the grills, we have been making burgers and such outside every weekend and it’s fun.
