    Maintenance and front desk and leasing office people are the best and kindest people always ready to help. However, the building really does feel like it’s falling apart. Elevators work half the time, there’s always broken washers and dryers (and increased prices?), and broken doors at the dog park. There’s also not a lot of communication from management about how they plan to fix stuff or communicating with the building. Great staff, management needs work.

    Horrible management services. Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Unclean community areas. Unstocked communal bathrooms. This property is so focused on looking posh that it consistently fails to take care of the basics.

    Excellent place to live, with caring neighbors, and professional staff. Great location close to transportation and great restaurants. Walking distance to national monuments if a nice long walk or bike ride is your thing. As with any neighborhood you have to be diligent and aware of your surroundings.

    The environment is good, and it is near the Wharf so I can just talk a walk after dinner or something. On the other hand, the apartment is near the metro so it is really convenience for me to the office and save tine in traffic
