Maintenance Nightmare
December 17, 2020I lived there for 5 years and they denied maintenance requests they didn't want to do and did a poor job with the ones they did. Nicer properties will paint and replace the carpet every five years. Mountain Glen will give excuses to not do it, when if you're a good tenant. I was never late once but I was treated like they didn't value my business. Stay away.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2015My family has been at Mountain Glen for a little over a year now. We have had no issues and have had a great time here. The maintenance crew are so kind and helpful. My daughter has special needs and it is nice that her therapists can come work with her in a great environment. We call it the Hive cause my daughter is Bea. July 21, 2015When you are younger you can't wait to buy a home. Well, now that I am older I cannot wait to move to my new Mountain Glen apartment in Frederick MD. I have to give up my home for health reasons and financial reasons I need move to a bottom floor apartment. I am so excited about moving to my new apartment this weekend. It is as big as my town house was in Sq. feet and it has lots of closet space and I can afford it without being house poor...
