it, air conditioning does not work properly, the stove had 2 burners that did not work for 13 months before they were fixed, there is mold, water leaks under the front and back doors, laundry facilities have washers and driers that do not work and there is no reimbursement for your money. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When calling the after hours emergency maintenance number, often times you get a disconnected message, and cannot contact anyone for an emergency need. Residents have called emergency officials (911) to get assistance because no one has a contact number when having a true maintenance emergency. Residents are told their portion of the water bill by a note on their door, however I have called the office to ask the amount of my water bill and left several messages for the office staff with no return phone call. When paying rent without the water bill (due to the staff not answering the phone or returning a message) the office staff held the rent check for several days (10 ) and then charged me a late fee of $35, even though the rent was paid on time. Some units do offer washer and dryer hookups, those residents are told to run the rinse water from their washer onto their back patio and into the storm drain, causing hazardous puddles of chemicals that other residents animals (like mine) try to drink. There was a water main break at the back apartments and it took 48 hours before they responded to it, having a plumbing crew fix it. They had to dig up the parking lot and when resurfacing, buried the old parking asphalt below. This new area has already started cracking. Neadless to say, this is a horrible apartment complex, with worse management. The only good thing about this apartment complex are the people living in it. It has a great community and is very diverse.
