I used to brag about how fast service calls were handled when other people complained about their apt complex. Poor insulation\AC, higher ac bill then other apt iv been at with less sq ft. They threatened to tow my 2nd car that I don't drive anymore because the registration was a month behind. I had it parked in my parking spot, but they said against the rules... Yet I see trailers parked in parking spots without any license plates. Summary: The price went up and the state of the complex went down. Might be cheaper to rent a house. Other apartments within a mile are cheaper with the same or more sq ft per price. Even without the listed cons I have to give pause onto whether or not I am going to restore my lease with this price hike.
