Peaceful & quiet in a great location
March 19, 2020First, I really loved the way the property manager (Mary) accommodate us; from the moment of our initial inquiry, to the tour and up to contract signing. She has been very responsive, communicates clearly (and she does it with a smile!). Second, the location is one of the best so far! Just across a Park and Ride. Few minutes to Walmart, H-Mart, Alderwood Mall and Costco. Third, the apartment units and common area are well maintained and very spacious. Lastly, parking is free!Review from Apartments.com

Great Place
July 21, 2018We are in our fourth year now and really do love our apartment building and apartment. We have never been bothered by noise and we occasionally do hear anything, it's not loud enough to wake us up if sleeping. New management since December is right on top of everything. Mary has been really super and goes out of her way to please. I would also like to comment on Sean who has had to fix several maintenance items. nice, secure, quiet
July 26, 2015Newberry Square apartments are super quiet, nice secure entry and you even get a free parking spot in the underground garage. Transit station right across the street is nice for bus commuters to. downsides - parking is not secure I've heard rumors of cars getting broken into but hasn't happened to me... knock on wood.Review from Apartments.com
