  • The noise is unbearable

    Floors, doors, and walls are paper thin. You can hear way too much inside a building across multiple floors. This property simply isn't worth the premium rent.

  • Noisy!

    Noise is unbearable and it is 24/7 which comes from manufacturer across the street! It never stops! Apart from that it feels like there are more dogs than residents here. Neighbours and apartments are good though

  • Love North680!

    I moved in here in January and love it. It is so nice being so close to everything. I am the first one to live in my apartment and it was very nicely appointed and spacious. Very nice office staff who are accommodating. Maintenance team is the best. Love the fitness center and lounge areas. All of the neighbors I have met so far are nice too. The Taco Tuesday event was a blast. Look forward to more events.

    The staff at North 680 really makes you feel important when you walk in the leasing office! I've been looking for something in Schaumburg but everything is out dated and hasn't aged well. When I walked in for a tour I was greeted immediately and I knew this was the place I wanted to call home! The apartments are beautiful!! The staff is super friendly and are there to help you with anything you could have questions about! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment in ...
