The leasing staff are a great resource for information along with a maintenance staff that takes care of apartment needs on a timely basis. November 28, 2024I am going Into my fourth year at North City 6 And I still love it here as much as I did when I first moved in. The complex is very clean, the new updates are refreshing, and the staff and residents are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have not raised the rent so much that the average hard-working individual can no longer afford to live here. I would highly recommend North City 6.Property Manager Responded

November 20, 2024Since new managment has taken over there has been a sharp decline in properly managing this complex. The security system has been inoperable for a number of weeks -not accaeptable. The fire alarm continues to go off at all hours of the day or night - not acceptable. The gym and lounge have been out of commission for months now - this was a four week renovation that has dragged on - I know I am in the business. The coffee machine has worked for me twice in the last six months - bush league. And ...now you want to raise my rent? - not acceptable. I am not at all pleased with this community anymore. November 19, 2024They’ve redone the office and community spaces but nothing in the main apartment. Office is bright and clean with new lighting fixtures, paint and flooring. October 31, 2024I think this building is one of the most secure in this area but almost to a fault. The doors have been broken for months, half of them do not let you in at all. Very well kept and beautiful exterior and I have never had an issue other than the doors!Property Manager Responded
