April 8, 2025I just signed a new lease! I’ve been here for 12 years and love it, just like my first day many years ago. The location is perfect, you have everything you need close by. March 3, 2025The property could be cleaner. Trash left in the hallway makes the hallways smell horrible. When the trash isn’t picked up residents leave it in the hallway unit the following night. The parking garage isn’t safe. There have been multiple breakins..Review from Apartments.com

Keevin and Tyra do an amazing job planning events every month often with food and sometimes giveaways! They also have listened to individuals in the community, helping them to host and get the word out about extra events like Friday board game night! December 12, 2024NorthCity 6 is a perfect location to easily get to other Raleigh areas. The leasing staff are a great resource for information along with a maintenance staff that takes care of apartment needs on a timely basis.
