Oakland Pointe Apartments

so from the beach. The counters in the kitchen are granite, and there is a built-in microwave and flat-top stove. The bathroom leaves nothing wanting, and the walk-in closet is BIG. The landlord's keep the lawn manicured, and the superintendent lives on property so the few questions or concerns we've had (the A/C didn't work when we moved in) have been immediately addressed. Our neighbors mostly keep to themselves which is fine with us - although everyone is always friendly in passing. There is even a quirky, colored "accent" wall in the living room that they offered to paint over (the last tenant had painted it), however I really like it (hate the sterile, white apartment). Honestly, we've lived in units longer (been here 2 1/2 months) that never felt like home, and this unit couldn't feel any "homier!"
