She has gone above and beyond to help and assist me whenever I asked. Kevin has also done a good job fixing my broken items. Uninhabitable Conditions and Unresponsive Management: A Nightmare Experience
September 7, 2024Terrible living conditions. My apartment became infested with flies despite all windows and doors being closed. Repeatedly contacted the leasing office, and provided photos, but no action was taken. I’ve been dealing with severe distress, and the leasing office refused to let me terminate my lease without penalty, despite failing to resolve the issue. They even entered my apartment without permission. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.Property Manager Responded
