  • Any comment that says it’s great for dogs is a lie

    The property is 1/2 the scale as seen in pics eliminating almost all green space, with no parks in the area. The dog wash alongside everything else will always be done “first of next month” a lie they’ve been telling since last winter. Without these amenities, the lack of parks, walkable coffee shops or restaurants is depressing. After a few feet the sidewalk just ends and your dumps into gravel area where homeless people live. But fear not, they’ll be happy to encourage you to leave at your ...
    moving own cost so they can offer your apartment at a higher price, while heard telling these new potential renters over the loud, slow, but constant construction noise “oh it will be done the first of next month” something you will get use to hearing a lot as people do move out quite a bit

    There are lots of very helpful and cool amenities promised that we did not receive the first year and construction and building are ongoing. For the price choose someplace already completed and in a better location.
