April 27, 2017Management never keeps up with anything, i don't know if they dont have enough maintenance people on the properties, but man!! they take forever to fix the most simple thing.... very disappointed, 2 months living here and I regret moving in to this property.Property Manager Responded

Sunset Oaks
January 26, 2016I've been living here for 3 years now. moved from NY to Dallas in 2013 I am now on my 3rd apt in this complex. The grounds are neat and clean. Maintenance personnel very friendly. And i love the location. I'd recommend this complex to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
This place is Awesome !
January 13, 2016This place really wows me . I moved here and have seen nothing but constant improvement going on . They just put in a biz center with NEW Apple computers !! now they are adding extra lighting around the property so it's nice and bright which I love ! Before that updated they the office interior and furniture . I LOVE this harbor group company a lot ! The manager Tonia exceeds my expectations . First time I met her she told me she had open door policy come in anytime I have any questions concerns ...or suggestions cuz my voice matters . November 30, 2015I have lived here for 2 years and up until a few months ago, it was only ok. We have recently come under new management and they are made of awesome. They are helpful and very down to earth. I am much more comfortable going into the office now.The new garbage valet service rocks and the changes to the fitness room have me ready to get my workout on. August 29, 2015The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is a great size. The kitchen could have more cabinets but at least there's room for a cart or rolling storage. The only other thing that is somewhat inconvenient is that the washer and dryer connections are outside in the patio area. Otherwise it's a great place to live. The complex managers office is always attentive and promptly responds to any concerns or problems.Review from Apartments.com
