December 5, 2025Heating Issue We had an issue with our furnace not heating properly. The maintenance staff was quick to answer the call . Turned out to have a leak and a part needs to be ordered. They still were able to get us heat until the leak is fixed. This entire staff here at Overlook is awesome. They take care of the residents quickly and efficiently. This is an amazing place live. June 27, 2025Great place to live Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience, exceeding my expectations in every way. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pleasant balcony on the 3rd floor, I feel right at home. The community is peaceful and quiet, and I've been impressed with the efficient maintenance service, which promptly resolved my one issue with the garbage disposal. Although I don't use the pools, they're a lovely feature of this gated community.Property Manager Responded
