    I have lived in this community for over a year now, and I have been nothing but satisfied. The office staff is friendly and always there to help. The maintenance crew is always on top of their job. You call in a request and they are there sometimes within minutes. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The buildings are newer, so that might have something to do with it. The people who live here are all friendly, and are usually outside sitting on their porch. There are kids everywhere, ...
    so it is family friendly. A great, affordable place to live in beautiful Avon while living on a budget!
